Policies
Cancellation Policy
TBHC requires 48hrs to cancel, change, or reschedule any appointments. Cancellations under 48hrs notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No call no shows will be charged a fee equal to 100% of services booked.

Late Policy
We cannot guarantee appointments for clients running more than 15 minutes late, if this occurrs they can be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
