Policies
Cancellation Policy
TBHC requires 48hrs to cancel, change, or reschedule any appointments. Cancellations under 48hrs notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No call no shows may result in no future bookings with us.

Late Policy
We cannot guarantee appointments for clients running more than 15 minutes late, services not able to be accommodated may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
